What to include

  • Your store domain
  • The page or workflow you were using
  • A screenshot or short description of the issue
  • Any recent billing, sync, or access changes

Common setup notes

  • ReturnSense needs Shopify order access to sync refund analytics.
  • A view longer than Shopify's default order window requires read_all_orders approval.
  • Weekly digest emails require configured recipients in the Monitoring screen.

Response

Support requests are handled by email. For urgent billing or access problems, include "Urgent" in the subject line.
