What to include
- Your store domain
- The page or workflow you were using
- A screenshot or short description of the issue
- Any recent billing, sync, or access changes
Common setup notes
- ReturnSense needs Shopify order access to sync refund analytics.
- A view longer than Shopify's default order window requires
read_all_ordersapproval. - Weekly digest emails require configured recipients in the Monitoring screen.
Response
Support requests are handled by email. For urgent billing or access problems, include "Urgent" in the subject line.
